Order and Shipping Information

How to order:

1) You can call our toll free number at 1-800-500-4199 to place the order. Our customer service representative will be happy to assist you.

2) You can e-mail us at corwinsbridal@sbcglobal.net or fax your order at 1-530-342-8396. Please provide detailed item descriptions including your wedding date, the designer, style number, size, color. Please also include your name, billing and shipping address, phone number, and payment information. Please note that custom and rush cuts maybe available through selected designers.

3) We will try to make every effort to process your order within 24 hours.

4) We accept: American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa Card.

5) California residents: 7.25% Sales Tax will be added to your order.

Shipping Information:

1) The standard production time for wedding gowns are approximately 12-16 weeks.

2) Shipping & Handling charges are based on value & weight of purchase.
